When you use the enquiry form, we collect your name, phone number and/or email, and the details you give about your job, such as the rooms or type of work. Please don't include sensitive information.

We use your information only to reply to your enquiry, arrange a visit, give you a quote and, if you go ahead, carry out the work. Your information is never sold, and it is never used for marketing without asking you first.

We rely on our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries you send us and, if you become a customer, taking steps to enter into and perform a contract with you.

The following services may handle your information so we can receive and respond to enquiries:

• Web3Forms, which securely delivers form submissions to our inbox.
• hCaptcha (Intuition Machines, Inc.), which checks submissions come from a real person and may process your IP address and device information under its own privacy policy and terms.
• Our email provider, which stores the messages.

These services may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.

Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Customer records are kept as long as needed for legal, tax and insurance purposes.

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. hCaptcha may set cookies that are strictly necessary to protect the form from spam.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict it. Contact us and we will respond within one month.

Please contact us first if you have a concern. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
